I’m fine, but I’ve been eating like garbage all week. I worked 3 12-hour days and a seven. Those long days really take it out of me. My friend who I work with has had a stomach bug since Thursday.

If you haven’t made a grill cheese sandwich with Cougar Gold, you haven’t lived.  I bought a nice loaf of my favorite sourdough just to make some for me and my Mom.  The look on her face was worth it.

A friend of mine makes a beer-cheese soup with it that is to die for with some home-baked bread.

It is the second best thing in the world, and I have four more cans of it aging in my refrigerator. (and about 3/4 of one that I’m slowly eating on) One of them is nearly 5 years old, and it only gets better with age.

I made adult-Mac-n-Cheese for lunch today. I made the macaroni, then melted some of the good stuff into some cream before mixing it back with the pasta and some black pepper.
