The networks are starting to come around a bit with series like Secrets & Lies and American Crime. But the dollar still speaks - I read that Mike Kelley originally wanted to do a limited number of episodes per season, but ABC refused.

I think this would have been great as a 4 season show, but if each of those season only had 10-12 episodes. Much like Desperate Housewives before it, Revenge always managed 10-12 fantastic episodes a season, and 10-12 filler episodes with dumb plot twists and pointless new character. Like White Gold. Or Malcolm Black.

Madeline Stowe told the Hollywood Reporter that yes, Emily got Victoria's heart, but the creator said that she'll never tell. So read it as you want.

Cookie from Empire? Really? The one who spent more than half the season trying to pit her sons against each other?

This was THE album of my early high school years. I didn't really care for her that much (my friends/schoolmates did), but I just love the sound of mid to late 90s music, right up until Britney showed up on the scene and fucked everything up.

I think the biggest problem with the episode was that general sentiment had really turned against Lost by that point. It was being trashed left and right, and even I was doing it. After SIASL, the show deserved it. The last half of season three - really beginning here, was the best straight run of episodes the show

I'm over Jane's self righteousness and glad it blew up in her face. Overall, the show is losing its charm for me. I like it, but it doesn't tickle me like those first 10 episodes or so did.

I think the acting is generally fine, but it's still laughably bad. We had a giggle when when the slapped's mother started screaming at Quinto in the second or third episode. GET HIM OUT OF HERE!!!!!! (added effect of her head practically going full exorcist)

There was far to little slapping in the show for my tastes. Somebody should've gotten slapped every week. When it became clear that was not going to happen, I ducked out.

I really didn't enjoy that. The worst Scandal can be is boring, and that was.

My argument is more like: I want to see Richie and Patrick get together!!!!111!!!!! <3 <3 <3

Just a bunch of drug dealers, sitting around, doing their business, and watching Revenge. Nice try, ABC.

It's funny you mention that. I watched a piece of it again very recently and it was not as bad as I remembered. I remember Janney being fuck awful, but she wasn't when I watched the first part of the episode. Maybe I should give it another shake.

It's rare to see people put 3 at the top. 1 still belongs at the top for me, but three is very close. They had a string of bad episodes at the middle, but the last half of the season was the best series of episodes they've done.

I'm actually not sure which episode I hated more - Stranger in a Strange land or Across the Sea. I hated everything about Across the Sea. Just fucking loathed it. Ab Aterno, OTOH, was one of the highlights of the series for me.

I was more referring to the Disney comments.

Scandal is very blantant with the Windows phone. Or it was previously - I don't think they've trotted it out this season. It actually made me want to trade in my iPhone and get one.

I think he does too, but for different reasons. Kevin is a bit dangerous, in the position of power, and maybe above his pay grade. He treats Patrick like sloppy seconds though. Richie is safe, a bit below his level, and adored Patrick. I rewatched the episode last season where they spend the day wandering around SF,

That there needs to be a male voice to be the conscience of the show speaks a lot about the show as a whole. What misogynistic tripe.

I'm not sure what you're trying to prove with that link. The Goldbergs beat The Middle 2.3 vs. 2.0 in the demo - that's what counts. The Middle's ratings aren't bad at all, but ABC needs to set up younger series on the night as both TM and MF are on the back end of their respective runs. MF is still far too strong to
