That was my same thought. :)

In 1978, after 42 years, my father decided that Chrysler was putting out "crap" and went brand shopping. The first non-Chrysler was a 1978 Lincoln Continental Town Car. This was selected because the Cadillac had been "downsized" the year before. The Lincoln had the 460 and all the bells and whistles except the…
She's got red hair, Ray; redheaded women are trouble. Ask your Mom (it's the weekend and you should call her anyway) and she'll verify this. BTW, I switched to Google Chrome and all is well on the Jalopnik front. Gawker help says 5.0 doesn't play well with some versions of IE or Firefox.
Glenn Beck; right-wing until the left-wing makes him a better offer.
1965! If I had won the lottery in 1965 I would have gone NUTS! I think nearly every fullsize car was redesigned and they were all beauties. This was probably one of the last great years for Cadillac, they began their long, slow decline a couple years later.
@Slid Pissed Tossed Mazda3hatch sideways into a effin DITCH: I have no complaints about the assistance I've gotten from help@gawker.com; Gawker 5.0 is just so screwed up, on so many levels, that I'm not sure they even know where to start. You'd think that the issues would be consistant, but I have different…
Remember that aunt who always gave you socks for Christmas? Granted, they weren't the flashiest gift, but they were something you needed. With that in mind, I present you with this: help@gawker.com - just the ticket for anyone with dreams of participating on the Nick Denton of blogs. The people there are wonderful…
@Slid Pissed Tossed Mazda3hatch sideways into a effin DITCH: I'd hope long enough to get back across the Canadian border. I try to see both sides of an issue but, that asswipe made it hard.
@Kalidor: Thanks for clearing that up. I work in the mental health field so perhaps I was projecting my opinion into the situation.
Congrats! It's a great feeling to open the post and see your name. A worthy COTD!
@Baby Beater Benz: Maybe the skeg fins lived on as part of a couch?
The officer was very patient with this guy in MHO because his professional opinion was that he was dealing with a person with mental issues. You'll note that the back-up he radioed for was an ambulance. Perry Mason thought he was going to jail but, more likely he went to a hospital for observation.
Thanks, I wondered what he was in.
They are Bavaria's #1 producer of Front-Wheel-Drive cars. Throw some power to the back, call it a Quattro and seperate the cash from the suckers.
@twinturbo2: The average viewer is 51.6y/o. I guess the Army is going after the "Great Generation". I hope the armored walkers are perfected.
@Baby Beater Benz: Last of the really "hand-built" looking M-B cars in MHO.
