It’s weird but I was hoping this was a good old fashioned ‘whacking’. Something like that hasn’t been in the news in years. Greed/ambition would have been a refreshingly honest reason to kill somebody.

The unbranded vines that you can find at local candy stores tend to be really good though. Nice and chewy with a good stretch-ability to them.

I don’t dislike ranch. I’m just not sure I like it. I don’t miss it when I don’t have it at the very least and have never said to myself “man, that dish sure could have used some ranch dressing”.

The only thing I’m not hugely partial to when cooking down onions is the residual onion smell that’ll linger for days. Along with deep frying, it’s one of the few tasks that my spouse demands I take outdoors (along with deep frying). Thank goodness for induction burners.

The dems need a more centrist candidate as a trojan horse to steal the middle at the very least and then they can place a more progressive person as veep for eventual ascension to the top spot in 2028. Don’t know if it would ever happen but a Biden/Harris ticket might do really well.

I will concur that the ZF 8 speed is a pretty damn great automatic transmission. Shifts like butter. Good enough that I actually prefer it to PDK because it drives so much better in auto mode.

To be fair to Aunt Becky, Nicky and Alex never came off as so bright. Their father was a musician after all. 

These people were basically arrested for not being rich enough. They cheaped out on purchasing admission by going through a middleman. The ones who get away with spend millions on new buildings or other assets and deal directly with the universities.

I never realized it but I’m of the opinion that flour tortillas are the more versatile standard and that corn tortillas should be reserved for more specific use cases.

I don’t get the notion of a 1-time investment to increase the supply of childcare? What kind of items would be purchased upfront and not require subsequent investment?

Once we get our wall up we’ll be able to let our children roam the streets freely. No childcare needed. 

I’ll admit to being a 90210 fan growing up (the real one, not the reboot). That said, those kids must have been the oldest goddamned high school students ever!
