Cheers to this! This game is more a low-key agrarian therapy simulator than an actual game. Trying to apply metrics of what’s “best” and what’s “worthwhile” feels out of place - every single person’s version of “playing” this game is going to be subjective.  And that’s ok!  I’ll be honest, I didn’t know that…

Non-Japanese fans of Japanese game: We are mad that a character from said Japanese game appears a slightly different shade of color in Japanese cartoon series based on same Japanese game!

The Safdie brothers previous movie - Good Time - starring Robert Pattinson, was easily my favorite movie of 2018. Tragically pretty much no one saw it, but it had the similar sense of constant, non-stop anxiety dripping off every scene as described here.
