To me, I’m obligated to warn my kids of danger. I teach them about what Cops are supposed to do and how to follow the law. I also feel like I should warn them that Police officers may not conduct themselves as they should. I feel like I’m arming them with a better understanding of how the world works, not how I wish

I didn’t really care about them changing the actor, I was more peeved about changing his character. Arjun early on (And especially in the books) is pointedly disconnected from politics. Which is why he and Chrisjen get on so well. He is her respite from her day to day bullshit. Dude is a like a poet in the books I

Thor Almighty, Rich people can be sad too, dude. That aside, the family isn’t presented as that well off. Yes they have insurance, that doesn’t mean a child with depression isn’t worthy of empathy or sympathy.

Black shows are cheaper to produce. So when you are starting out your network, you produce a bunch of Black shows, build an audience. Once the foundation is set, you upgrade to a White Teen centered show, and shift your focus to White people. After the Teen show is solid, you move to a Family type show, before

Speaking for myself, I just got into it when the Forsaken/Shadowkeep DLC went on sale, and I am really enjoying it. The Shooting and movement is as good as any shooter out there. The Story is fun once you get into it. The Gear and loot is a little overwhelming at first, but I'm picking up on what works now. Jump in.

I don’t disagree with any of your assessments, one detail is off.

His brash, militaristic vision for the franchise superimposed its fantastical conflict over asymmetric combat dynamics, and featured shoulder-strapped heavy artillery, trash-talking mercenaries,

I’m sure the inevitable Jason Schier Post-mortem will confirm this, but I sincerely believe that they fully intended to release the Skyrim follow-up this generation, but then Witcher 3 dropped and blew their plans all to hell.

Who says he can’t speak? You mean why can’t he speak the Star Wars Galaxy version of English?

No one likes this but it’s gotta be done.

But before we do we should probably acknowledge that Swank, like Kirsten Dunst and Uma Thurman, blurs the line between sexy and just plain weird-looking. Depending on the angle, she can either look extraordinarily hot or like a bit of a transsexual.

I love Clash of the Titans so much, as cheesy as it is.

Nah.

I don’t know why people keep saying this. The British version doesn’t matter. Michael Scott (As played by Steve Carell) is his own character that stands alone. He fails or succeeds on his own merits. I shouldn’t have to watch another show to understand a character on this one.

I DO!

Scorcese is stuck up in own ass. This is where he loses me:

I’ve been watching the Office on Netflix after years of avoiding it. I’m up to season 5. I am enjoying it, but I’m finding it hard to love. Mostly because of Michael. He is awful.

Adam Silver REALLY needs to grow some hair, SOMEWHERE.

Good choice, Kartheiser was essentially playing a version of Jared in Mad Men. But I feel like he could also be Steve Mnucin.

Yes to both. The ages match up better too.
