I'm not 100% on this, but I'm pretty sure the bleach stops being active when it dries out. That's part of the reason you use foils or some other kind of cap when using bleach - it keeps the bleach from drying out, it keeps the bleach warmer which makes it act faster and as you pointed out, it keeps it off of the hair

Me too, I kept expecting her hair to start falling off!

That would be the easiest explanation to give… although if that's what the show is building towards, I'll be kinda disappointed.

Not sure if it's just a sedative or some sort of specially developed drug, but he is injecting something into their necks with that fancy looking syringe gun thing before bagging them.

Don't know if it's just me, but it seems like Clive is giving Liv a lot more "WTF looks" these days when she breaks out a new personality of the week. I'm thinking all the personality shifts are making him suspicious… and maybe he still remembers her being all racist and ornery 2 weeks ago?

Carole should definitely be the leader! She's a better and smarter fighter/strategist than Rick, and doesn't come with any of Rick's bullshit… what's not to love?

And that's also what it said on her office door.

I know very little about costume design (mostly just what I've picked up from TLo's MadStyle posts) but am always impressed by how much thought goes into it (even on projects where you wouldn't expect it to).

I think there was a flicker of something.

Having just started my first rewatch of the show (I'm now at season 2, episode 4), I tend to agree.

Puberty; it's like magic.

I can't really say what it is, but something about how Milton said "I knew him before" tonight made me think that. Also, I thought the actors kind of look like they could be brothers, now that I'm looking for it.

I didn't get this far in the comics, but it occurred to me in this episode that Milton is probably Philip's (or "Philip") brother, which would more or less fit with that storyline.

Oops, someone beat me to it!  Guess I should have refreshed the comments before posting!

The guinea pig/hamster show is a real show, a Canadian production called Tales of the Riverbank and starring Hammy Hamster.  I used to watch it when I was a kid but had totally forgotten about it until I saw the clip in this episode.

Exactly!
