I’m actually enjoying RDO much more than I expected. It’s now become my MMO replacement, playing a couple missions a day just appreciating the slower pace with the slow leveling system. Best part is no subscription.

If it’s overpowered griefers you’re worried about, they are few and far between since the update came out and there’s finally stuff to do. PvP is largely a choice. Every once in a while some asshole will hit you with explosive ammo, but in my 100 hours spent online that’s literally only happened twice. Plus there’s…
You can if you buy the bounty hunter role. Each role is 15 gold bars - the premium in-game currency. Most players were sitting on 50+ gold by the time the update rolled out (all earned in-game), but it’ll probably take a new player a good bit to grind for that. If you spend real money, that comes out to like $6.
You can start playing the roles right away as long as you by the license, which is 15 gold. No rank/level requirement. If you don’t have 15 gold, a few days of daily missions and doing the story quests should take care of that! No huge grind. And I’m also a person who doesn’t enjoy griefing in online games. The…
I have the same question. Love the base game, not in a big hurry to be dealing with a bunch of folks who’ve had thousands of hours of play time just to see what it’s like.
THIS!! God, so this. Perfectly said. I just jumped into NMS for this first time because of these updates, about 12 hours in so far. And I have been absolutely loving it. Really got it’s hooks in me quick...
That’s Minecraft for me. Which always gets the same criticism: but what’s the point? Idk, make one up!
The thing that seems to drive critics of this game crazy is the misguided notion that you have to do EVERYTHING. You don’t. That’s the beauty of it. You can do as much or as little as you want. You can play the story or not. You can just hop around looking at weird planets and exploring. You can do whatever. Play six…
Unsurprisingly the top comment and general theme here is “censorship: bad,” rather than “empathy: good.”
Skyrim in VR is surprisingly fun, but only as an archer. Melee is too floaty and imprecise, and magic is too hard to be accurate.
I’m so happy that this is compatible with existing saves. I probably would have skipped trying it out beyond a cursory look, otherwise. I’m too attached to my 80+ hour safe file!
Literally no reason to have a tumblr account other than NSFW content
In fact, PornHub should make its own Tumblr. With blackjack. And hookers.
Same.
Same here. It was way easier to find specific niches of things clicking through Tumblr than even with Google. That said, that also made it easy for the pedos to do their nasty shit, so if it’s to stop them, fine.
I only ever used Tumblr for adult content so I guess I’m never going back.
Ooo, that would be an excellent follow up.
Yup. Probably in a month or so. They said it would come after Hanzo’s rework and he’s probably going to be in the game after the event ends.
I don’t mean to be disparaging because I actually love Symmetra and have successfully played her on Defense (and some Control maps) in ways that saved the day — but she absolutely should not be one-tricked and not expect backlash. CLEARLY not abusive backlash the way people take it to, because people suck at being…
As person who’s go-to pick on defense is Symmetra, and who’s total playtime with her is probably top 3 at this rate (behind, Winston and Genji at numbers 2 and 1 respectively) this was a really interesting read. I wasn’t even aware that Blizzard had plans to revamp her until I saw this (Or that no one’s used her in a…
