The Beemer is seriously weird sound wise, inside it sounds like a proper sports car and then you step outside you you hear that diesel, quiet and smooth but still a diesel.
Luckily BMW strategically places hints around the car m drive front behind wheel arches, Gran Coupé at the back windows and then x-drive m640d in the back. You can just circle around the car if you forget.
You got it, the sound is all fake and sounds very different inside from what you hear on the outside, but the torque is amazing. The car cruises effortlessly. The only thing I do not like is that it turns like a boat, I damaged the side skirts making a turn scrapping over the edge of a sidewalk.....
Diesel can be serious fun, I have (yes you can mock the name) a BMW m 640d x-drive Grandcoupe and that Engine is tons of fun and a beast while still getting decent mileage cruising down the highway
Clearly Angela Merkel is at fault here
Actually, to make it simple it is a one way toll road when open to the public (Touristenfahrten), no race cars allowed, cars have to be street legal; and the normal German road traffic law apply. That is why you see that police car at the end of the video
Well, it’s a public road.......
were there any Non-human fatalities?
It depends where and what, the six day race in Bremen is shown on TV here and is ridiculous, I remember it from my younger years when they still allowed smoking and those poor guys would ride for 6 days indoors Ina giant cloud of smoke. Kirin is humongous in Japan with big money involved and always live on TV
How many decades since those Audi unintended accelerations???? So what makes you think drivers in the US will ever learn?
Well, BA actually used to have an A318 fly between LCY and JFK though they stop in Shannon on the LCY to JFK route as they cannot carry the required fuel load for the full trip when taking of at LCY
It’s not a big rig in Europe either but this Smith Electrics you pointed to are much smaller. The MB truck above is derived from the Antos that 18t plus, while Smith tops out at 7.5t. For reference a Big Rig in most of Europe is 40t (Sweden up to 60). (Source: spend many a summers working in my uncles long haul…
You might want to look at the difference in size.....
Mommy, there are tons of charging stations already here in Germany, not placed by a car company rather the Utilities put them out there.....

It is very relevant today as it represents the foundation of the Turkish state and safeguard for it citizens rights something that has changed over the last few years, and not for the better
The Turkish military has a long history of protecting the secular ideals of Atatürk’s Turkey. So I guess you prefer the racist types?
