As a devoted cyclist, who does well north of 10k miles/year, I have a great disdain for people on bikes who run red lights….. but man… hit and run is inexcusable.

Yup. Red Dead Online is basically “unrealized potential” at this point. Not to mention, we never even got an end to the story they had started.
