In any event... good. Clearly they need to find a better strategy to approach these remasters, even if it’s just “give it to someone other than Grove Street”. PS2s and OG discs still exist, guys. Go get ‘em!

YEESSSSSSS. But lawmakers just get too much money from the dealers. Dealer lots aren't the only place where slimy practices happen. Dealers are using that markup to pay off legislators so they can have laws that keep them in business. If you think their sales practices are slimy....
Agreed. If you can’t get a credit card, pay with cash. If you can get a credit card, use it instead.
Lots of people can’t get a credit card due to credit issues. And Amex are generally harder to get than Visa/Mastercard, even though you have to pay them off every month (for some Amex anyway). The right answer here is “pay cash”.
You will pry my cargo pants from my cold dead legs. I have upgraded to Prana, so they are a little more fitted and less obviously cargo pants. Having an extra pocket is nice so you have room to carry keys, wallet, phone, sunglasses, a camera, etc.
The language thing can be tricky, I’ve occasionally had people scoff and respond with “I speak English” when I tried to greet them in the local tongue.
Slim trouses can go get stuffed.
Take the extra 2 minutes to walk inside, and pay at the register for gas, if you’re using a debit card. Then you get charge for exactly only what you want/need.
Debit cards should only be used to withdraw cash, and nothing else. Credit card companies offer more consumer protections from fraud, along with other benefits like cash back and/or points. Spend enough using the CC and you may be able to pay for that flight or hotel with points alone.
“Amber Heard may not be a great person”
AirBNB,like most “market disruptive” ideas has moved on from the stage where its quirky and new and awesome, straight onto the stage where they are trying to find ways to increase revenue (from a corporate perspective) and the homeowners are trying to maintain margins through ridiculous fees.
You know who else liked to hang out with prostitutes? Jesus. Why do you hate Jesus?
They’re both abusive, pieces of shit. However, you can’t blame Johnny for defending himself after she tried to ruin his career. She assumed she could just walk away from it and didn’t expect him to defend himself and expose her.
That’s an awful lot of words dedicated to both attacking a victim and survivor of abuse while simultaneously defending a sociopathic abuser. Do better.
Yep. This is the article that is going to make me quit Jezebel. As a man who was a victim of domestic violence, this one-sided point of view is sickening and not at all constructive. And this has been a trend with Jezebel articles. I’m done. I just can’t anymore.
The depths to which “Believe Women” is used as a mantra that will allow otherwise rational people to abandon due process and the skepticism and incredulity that they would approach any other situation where a person’s allegations didn’t survive an investigation is beyond crazy and positively Kafkaesque.
The “this sets back all domestic violence survivors” take I see everywhere rn is a little rich for me. This is a defamation case stemming from an op-ed posted in a major publication that provably existed at least in part to promote Aquaman after a 15 million dollar divorce settlement. Not buying this case has broader…
Believe the ‘victim’, even if she is lying.
Omg everyone can fuck all the way off with this nonsense. Anyone who watched the trial know she lied about EVERYTHING. She is the one with a DV history, she is the one who was abusing him. He may be a shitty person but he did not abuse her. She is facing perjury trials in Australia and the UK and probably here…
