Exactly what makes you... human?
Exactly what makes you... human?
Careful - logical, non-emotional, non-race based arguments don’t fly ‘round these parts. Think Breitbart, but flipped. Won’t take long before you’re a trumper racist.
Was looking forward to some information on microtransactions in mobile games.

I have no less than 4 phones floating around my apartment, not including the one I use daily. They are all old. One of them is a blackberry.
Haha. That’s good. It is totally soul sucking. It’s funny though how people who haven’t ever seen or experienced anything else will defend it until their death. Ignorance is bliss maybe?
Last I heard, the largest “wasteful expenditure” is how the Union MTA Staff have their pension dictated by the last 3 years of their employment at the MTA before retirement.
Nope. Hate NYC. Here for the fantastic job. Ready to get the fuck out AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. The culture tax is not worth it.
Hahaha, yea... had those dreams also.
I am absolutely thrilled to use adaptive cruise control at some point in the future. That would really make driving so much nicer.
Yea, that’s the argument that AirBnB makes as well. And the people that follow the rules, pay their taxes, don’t take an entire apartment building off the market, sure! I get it. I think your situation is different because it’s literally in your house - the basement.
I’d have to say yes. A friend of mine is renting an apartment - and in turning listing it on AirBnB. I think that’s pretty fucked up but the city doesn’t seem to be too inclined to do much about it.
PETA is coming for you. Please make all of your accounts private.
Yea, that’s understandable that it’s how it’s positioned. But I don’t think it’s what really happens.
Woof, that’s hard... 4 jobs just to sustain. Hopefully they’re at least enjoyable on some level and one of them gives health insurance.
Park in Hoboken, take the path. That’d my (anticipated) back up plan for when I can finally move out of this damn place.
I never those those exist so they could hit other people’s cars to park - I thought it was so fucking morons that can’t drive (everyone) don’t damage THEIR car.
If NYC would build some apartments that aren’t absolutely wall-to-wall granite, there might be some affordable housing. It’s the shortage of housing, not the amazingness of the city that’s jacking the stupid prices.
What’s your sister’s rent? $500/month? $1000 week cash is a lot of money. $75k a year isn’t much when you’re one bedroom apartment in Brooklyn or Queens is $2000/month.
I moved to NYC for a great job, that I love, and it will afford me many great things as well as a stable future. But god this fucking city sucks. It’s disgusting, everything is really small (I’m 6ft+), and is too damn expensive. I envy you.
