She should also consider that he could make that information known to her current and future partners. IE: 'Yeah, I dated Patricia for a while. You know after we broke up she decided to put salt in the wound by confessing she had been cheating the whole time'. It would serve her right.

Yup, it's especially wrong as the relationship was over! The only thing she could hope to gain was a sense of relief. Unless she had contracted a disease and needed to inform him he might have it there is no excuse for it other than complete selfishness.

Hey, Gizmodo readers, Gawker has a fairly mean spirited article about peoples outpouring of grief over his death. Now I'm not suggesting you go there and tell this guy off, but I did.
