Steps 1-6 work perfectly. When I pick “run” from within the Task Scheduler... no UAC. Perfect. But... when I create the icon (step 7) a quick/unreadable cmd-line window opens/closes... and the executable never launches. Any solution? The entire thing is pointless unless I can create the “Step 7 icon”.
