@CptnGrammar: No, ti's not going to be passed by. Just as music CD's didn't get passed by because of MP3's, iPods and iTunes.

@Mex: Also ¿developing countries? are you serious?

@Mex: @JakeMG: Waxing Pedantic: If you were Sony, you couldn't do anything about it. Because as Sony, you don't really own Bluray. The Bluray Association, of which Sony is indeed a founding member, does.

@dagfar: Yeah, CDMA is more secure, specially outside the US. There's no way anyone will be able to intercept your phone call there.

@orthorim: SIM locks are usually found only in subsidized phones. If the carrier is paying a huge part of the cost of the phone, it only makes sense that, at least, they have a chance to make sure you're going to use that phone with their network, under their contract.

@PlaidNinja: Maybe you wanted to say "evidence that Han shot first" since copies in which "greedo shot first" are digital.

@Gann: Yeah, that would be a great idea.

@blyan: Actually all the restaurants would be Pizza Hut, if i remember Demolition Man correctly.

@Hearthatvoiceagain: Problem is, i don't think your phone's battery will be able to stand for long. Tethering 3G thru WiFi kills the average smartphone battery in about 3 hours or so.

@Sigismond0: Oh right, so when you're on a bus, or a train ¿do you carry your PS3 with you, too? ¿and an AC outlet? ¿and a WiFi router?

@Odin: You still miss the point. The quote does not refer to artistic, set up pictures you can make whenever you choose to. It refers to capturing moments that you either capture right away or they're lost forever.

@Joseph Larson: You can already do that with current-gen iPod Touch, i believe.

The headline is wrong. It should read: "Absolute moron gets his stuff back because the guy who stole it was even more retarded than him"

@hugolynd: I guess you need a large, flat surface, so shadows won't cause problems. But most flat snow masses large enough would be too far from the equator and thus too far from those satellite orbits. Also, as the article claims, it is required to make measurements on the ground as well, which is easier to do in

@ZINO: If a Nuclear bomb falls in a city, everybody in the blast radius dies. Not 90%, not 99%, everyone.

@ZINO: No animal has ever "found a way" to survive a global cataclysmic event. Either they survived, or not.
