100% agree. I think many non-profit jobs actually tend to be more time-intensive than a lot of private sector jobs (personal experience)—and, they often require this extra work on a lower budget than for-profit companies have. I’d love to read more on non-profits, social services, etc. too!!

100% agree. It seems really mean and pointless to keep going. I know Little League softball has a ten-run mercy rule, or at least my little sister’s league did.
