That's actually pretty cool when you explain it like that. I've always had the belief that most if not all shape shifters have a healing factor in some variant. She's a shapeshifter but I get where you're coming from. I guess she's still learning what she can do with it. hopefully she'll run into Mystique and learn a few tricks

you are forgetting that Power Girl is Supergirl from an alternate world so if they were to cast her as Powergirl they'd have to cast her as Supergirl too or someone who looks a lot like her
