Absolutely, slower traffic keeps right. But if you are going the speed limit, that means that you shouldn’t be going slower than anyone. Everyone is going either your speed, or slower, so you are not blocking anyone.

How can it be “blocking the left lane” when you are going the speed limit, the fastest possible speed you should be going?
