The Mass Effect series for sure. They were the first games I ever played that had sex and gore, and I thought it was the coolest thing to be able to choose between being good or bad. Plus garrus was and is the coolest npc/side character ever

I personally loved the exploration parts of Dragon Age: Inquisition. That game did a wonderful job of giving you something cool and rewarding to see if you took the time to peek around every nook and cranny.
