Needs more Broo.

Very underwhelmed by this movie. The big reveal didn’t seem worth it. The movie was good just not the stunning spectacle I was made to believe it would be. Eh they still got my money.

But you might note that the “murderous killer” you’re indicting via proxy here brought vast advances in literacy, health care, and overall quality of life to Cuba despite the crushing force of an embargo by the world’s most powerful economy

Don’t forget gays sent to labor camps.

The flashbacks are ending after this season. Next season will have flash forwards, and the last season will have flash sideways of the Arrow gang in their personal heaven.

We feel nothing because you’re just looking for something to be offended about

No, Michael Bay only has a producer credit.

A new synopsis for the show’s fourth season premiere has been released:

Although they didn’t do it in the films, the first Thor movie always reminded me of a run in the comics where Odin put himself under the same kind of enchantment that created Don Blake. Thor and co find an amnesiac Odin in a farming community just as something bad is about to go down. Gerry Conway and John Buscema

I kinda want them all to be there when he utters...

I feel all of the positive reviews are more defensive than overtly positive. Stuff like “This part is an issue, but....” “This part makes no sense, but....”

The last summer movie I had any desire to see was ID4 - and boy, talk about ending the season with a thud. Star Trek? No. Borne? No. Suicide Squad? Sorry DC Murderverse - fool me once, etc, etc. Ghostbusters? I would rather be set on fire than see that train wreck.

Now playing

Still not as weird as the Agents of SHIELD Chinese Coca-Cola commercials:

Ah, a Draymond Green cameo.

Wouldn’t be a proper io9 post mentioning Marvel in any shape or form without someone complaining about the “whitewashing”... Or without someone complaining about the complaining about the whitewashing, as I’m sure someone will undoubtedly point out.

I've never shipped Stucky (I'm a bitter bitter Sam/Steve fangirl) but boy oh boy was Civil War literally a love story between these two.

I think we all know Steve’s true love is Bucky.

Its been awhile since I’ve read it (as in, years), but I thought the comic had her consciousness sent through time by someone with the time travel power.

I most surprised nothing caught on fire from his optic blast. The movies have struggled with that in the past.
