As someone studying in the rehab field, I should mention that as useful as the Wii fit device may be due to its cost and function, it does have limitations. Firstly, the force platform function helps train static balance and not dynamic balance, which is the more functional ability to balance which rehab professionals

@diagorus: to be honest, equipment cost is only a small issue compared to the insurance system, direct access to specialists, lack of primary prevention, etc. Afterall, the more expensive equipments are the ones that can't be replaced by household appliances like the ones used in imaging studies.

Wow I can't bear reading through the comments that are being posted.

@RawSteelUT: As you have noticed, it's actually a trend being done in other games too. I forgot what game it was but I remember there was even a game that based its main character on a Korean actor, simply because Korean entertainment was popular in Japan at the time. Considering that Korean entertainment was popular

@mislav: I'll admit that I liked his designs from VII but it seems like the transition to a more realistic designs of characters (in game size of characters are to scale) has lead him to take the easy step that no one should ever take: base designs on real life people (ie celebrities). His designs may appeal to the

I really wish SquareEnix and Nomura would stop designing characters that are obviously based on celebrities and make their personalities somewhat close to them. It started back in FF8 with Squall and Selphie, and they still continue this horrible trend.

@Yossarian: I agree, like that photographer who takes pictures of masses of nude people in cities around the world. He only did it because it would attract attention and he could sell his name in doing so.

I'm guessing theres going to be another "post your submission" thread in the steam forums again, where people post all their really crappy designs like they did with their posters.

@maraxusofk: that idea is as unbalanced as the ones people post on the tf2 steam forums. everyone wants something that would essentially help them without consideration about the "overall" game balance.

The Jean Claude Van Damme version was so much better! That movie always brings a great laugh.

@Kanji08: With an ongoing franchise with a huge name value like Final Fantasy, you're always stuck with arguments. You have those that complain saying that the game is no longer a "Final Fantasy", to which I would love to ask them what the definition of this franchise is then when there really isn't any; theres also

Looks like "she" survived through some zombie outbreak.

@Zunnoab: you're right, I didn't read it carefully enough. However, the original article does talk about "game volume" being a factor, whether that has to do with disc space or not.

@Ryan_the_D: there is no such definition for Final Fantasy as a game.

This is the main reason why the gaming industry is shrinking. Putting aside the salary for the employees, they need to make the tools needed for developing a game much more accessible to allow the vast number of smaller companies to survive. Sure there may be a horde of low quality games, but it'll be better than

If they took out half the CG cutscenes, they could have probably fit it all in.

@icepick314: Lets just hope that female cosplayers will take these on like they did with Bridget.

@meowcat: If thats the case, things like this will help reach out to those potential female customers.

They sure know how to reach out and meet the needs of various consumers out there. This will probably create an outburst of doujin titles for this. It wont be long until they come up with an option to switch the gender of the characters. Now that would be a bomb.

I'm really happy that AC has gained its fame and popularity after its release of AC2 on the PS2. I tried convincing my friends to play the PS series back in the days and everyone hated it saying it was too diffucult. Now they all love it. Hoorah!
