Why hasn't this series turned into another "straight to DVD" type movies yet?

@GeneJacket: YES, Dawn of the Dead remake. I feel like that movie is underrated by most people.

@Female Orca: The discussion of a moving film, to that I understand and shall no longer comment on.

@Hahaue: If sharks are dumb as hell as you say but deserve protection, you shouldn't use intelligence as part of the base of your argument. Whether it's inner beauty or not, same with that, as if it holds the same in all organisms, then it holds no strength in an argument against whaling, and should be equally applied

@Female Orca: If you are a full vegetarian that does not consume or use any products that did not require the life of an animal in it's process of production, then I understand your view and have no problems with it. However, many that are against whaling are not like that and often discriminate amongst animals, which

@Jim Topoleski: Same goes for the fur industry, you can eat all those ferrets/seals!

@Jim-sama: I hear that it's based more on how it's prepared. The fried ones served in schools are not too popular amongst the younger generations but the sashimi are known to be a delicacy.

@Hahaue: "Smart and beautiful". Thats one of the biggest flaws in the anti-whaling slogans used in the campaign against whaling. You're judging what animals are allowed to be slaughtered based on their intelligence; in other words, low intelligent beings may be killed. First of all, how are we even judging the

@Female Orca: I would also recommend people to look into the various methods that are used in the meat industry to finish off animals. Why don't we all join PETA.

@Jim Topoleski: Approx 900-1000 minke are whaled each year, which is less than 1% of the minke population the IWC has estimated. Not only that, the population is on an increasing trend to the contrary. If this number is problematic, then the amount of estimated damage the military sonar is doing (what is believed to

@LegacyCrono: only at night, and you're not guaranteed to receive it from who actually offered it to you.

"You're already dead is only one out of hundreds of well known lines/phrases/words used in Hokuto no ken. There are so many others like "abeshi", "hidebu" (what some say when they die), and who could forget the epic line Raou leaves when he dies. Hokuto no ken is just full of epic scenes/phrases.

@Kimochi Sama: Thats exactly how I feel about all these things he's been saying. Whether they are true or not, I just get the feeling that he wants to make Square-enix look like the good guys in the market so that their games would be received even better by western audiences.

@SpiritThief: Actually the large retailers in Japan often have some services in which you get certain amount of points accordingly to the cost of purchase, which in the long run helps attract more customers.

@Pyrefly: Good point well made. We only see a very small fraction of Japanese games being played in the west, and the only ones that make it big are ones with big franchise or company names, which is the same kind of issue western games are having in Japan. Once again one of the main reason behind this would come down

How much longer until we get an upskirt shot of this mighty character?

They should call it DSii, pronounced "dizzy", and implement accelerometers so that people would have to tilt, shake, or do whatever. It would be hilarious to watch people playing such thing on public transportations.

@W10002: I know I'm going off tracks but try skimming through Chinese/Cantonese Street Fighter Comics from the early 90's. Not that I ever understood the language or actually had a chance to look through it thoroughly, but they often had cameos from King of Fighters and other games and it looked funny as hell (pics

I thought video gaming was a form of entertainment. MS still hasn't figured that out? Thats what Nintendo at least had in their mind over 20 years ago when they released the Nintendo Entertainment System.
