This whole thing has Blofeld written all over it.

I liked it better when it was called Operation Wolf.

It's the one component of Puritanism that has survived in my family.

But it does kinda want to take a chunk out of every other person it sees. And it's got a 1/4" of iron nailed to it's feet to do it with.

Still hate the floating nav screen. Deal breaker.

Oh the pain as I read that first paragraph. Body on frame you say? Diesel?! THREE PEDALS?!! Oh, Australia. Fuck. <weeps softly>

No, but your life has changed a lot thanks to the Chicago Pile. Nobody ever knows where this kind of research is going to go. That's the whole point of doing it.

If I still had an MG, I'd pour out a little crankcase oil in honor.

I was at the Met, I think, and came around a corner to find myself face to face with three or four full size dummies in full medieval horse armor, and my first instinct was to duck for cover. I can't even imagine seeing that coming at you at full gallop with a crazy person on top of it.

Land Cruiser - costs as much as an entry level Range Rover, the metric standard for luxury SUV's, but looks like a Highlander, the metric standard for GHlkkjzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Even most jacketed bullets are open at the back, allowing the gunpowder to melt or burn a layer of lead as the bullet is propelled down the barrel. Special rounds are marketed to indoor users that extend the jacket all the way around, but they're more expensive and harder to find.

Most indoor ranges I'm familiar with either require the use of fully-jacketed "lead safe" bullets, have very fancy ventilation systems, or both. Some clearly do it more because they can make money by requiring customers to buy "lead safe" bullets on site than out of any safety concern, but I've never been to one that

Not even debatable.

IQECAG or GTFO

I like electro, I cannot lie. But I lost patience with it too - less music MOAR JET ROAR.

So, for the active gentleman/lady that wants something that actually is more truck than car, with just a touch of creature comfort, at a reasonable price, what the fuck is left? The Tacoma and Wrangler are the only things I can think of at this point, and I'm sure some shithead designer has plans for them both.

I was pretty underwhelmed by the BR-Z. So hyped, and it looked great on paper, but it just didn't quite do it for me. But maybe testing a previous gen STI hatchback on the same day was a bad idea.

My money is on there being some undersea comms cables in that area that they either wanted to tap, or wanted to prove they could tap. It's been an open secret that both the Americans and Russians have the technology to do this in deep water.

Low range, fist gear, idle, get out. First zombie truck to die or get stuck loses.

Yes. It's called the DFCO - Deceleration Fuel Cutoff. All modern engines completely stop fuel delivery while decelerating in gear - diesels are even better at this since (contrary to popular belief) they have very little engine braking effect to overcome without the addition of a jake brake. Out of gear, the engine
