Joan Allen has a great story about her crazy final words in this film. I can't seem to find it via google, at the moment, though. The DTV prequels aren't bad, either (Netflix!).

you philistines are woefully lax on your CSN familiarity. The song opens like "Carry On", the middle is like "Deja Vu" and the end is Suite: Judy Blue Eyes. It's a "pastiche" more than an outright parody (since it's a sound-alike music mix).
i rewatched this recently, and loved how they aped the choreography of the original perfectly. When MIchael reaches and arm out and tickles his fingers and screams, Al sticks his arm out, gets his finger caught in a mousetrap and screams.
to be fair to Chain Reaction (brought to you by people who made The Fugitive!), Keanu wasn't the scientist - he was a lab assistant, essentially a technician. He knew the secret settings for the water-cracking instrument because he was tasked with setting it up (to the scientists' specs).
good lord, 8-2 is a work of art. seriously. the timing and footwork is so impressive… i mean, sure, this guy probably gave a year of his life to learning it all, but dang.
i was hoping this was a story about Mao, and Cusack was playing Nixon again
The Majority (Coalition) Report
i'm going to the Cards at KC game on Thursday - solid week of I-70 fun! The KC stadium is about 15miles from the border, in Missouri. And it's near a 4-screen Drive-In theater for some lateshow fun after the game!
i assumed he did it to (1) show hannibal he's on his side, and (2) maneuver him to accept the suggestion of "reveal yourself". How else do you bring that stuff up?
penny dreadful pilot is also on Hulu
if that's true, it's good news. given the plethora of late shows, it's nice to have one i won't be tempted to watch. Net loss of 2, depending on who takes over the Soup
well, good use of your time crusading against a shorthand colloquialism Prime subscribers use to indicate "included with subscription". Fly that flag proudly!
Sigh. Yes, but Netflix doesn't ALSO offer PPV content to subscribers. HENCE, it's worth making the distinction between Free/PPV with Amazon - with the UNDERSTANDING that you can't access ANY of it without the subscription.
if you're a Prime subscriber, this movie is available Free. If you're not a Prime subscriber, you can watch generally ANY movie for a price ($1.99 for SD, generally). If you ARE a Prime subscriber, some movies are available for FREE, and some (newer) ones are available PPV.
the Japanese version is also on Amazon Prime. A lot of the sequels are on Netflix
it's available for FREE on Amazon Prime right now. Original Japanese version, not the American cut
CC should fund the movie. It can be a take on the "One last job…" heist movies (or whatever). 5 seasons and a movie is pretty close.
I have no opinion. I've never found him funny on TDS, but Jon rewrites every word of that anyway, so it's hard to tell. Maybe he'll be funnier when he's sailing under his own flag.
so…I guess an asteroid DID wipe out all life on earth! It's CANON!
Oblivion was good in the sense that, if you hadn't seen Moon, it was good. And most people (like everyone else in my family and friend circle) missed Moon.
