The coincidences are uncanny. You and I have A LOT in common.

It's certainly a young demographic. I'm a born in the 60's feminist who came of age thinking porn was terrible for women. So that's a real divide for me. (My husband and I consider Game of Thrones to be pretty porny.)

I've been married over three decades. Each year has been more good than bad.

Yes, it's a great way to say, "Look, we hire minorities!" Yet, by keeping Asians in their "worker bee" positions, no upper level white man jobs are threatened.
And, the work gets done.

It's a very troubling article, with the information clearly laid out.

I could swear I read somewhere, recently, that Asians have a high rate of getting into great schools and getting into medicine, but they stall in management. Perhaps they don't get insulated enough into their organizations to survive in tough economic times.

We live in a time where reproductive rights are constantly under assault. Even birth control. Any move that potentially weakens the clout women have in relationships will harm the choices they have in their own lives and over their bodies.

You are right. I stand corrected.

Polygamy and polygyny are not the same. If you think legalizing it wouldn't ruin women's rights, then there's no point in us continuing this discussion.

Because choices like these ripple out into families and communities. You don't marry in a vacuum.

Gay marriage is simply an acknowledgement of a human right with great benefits to society.

You shrug about legalizing polygamy?

Why do you have no objections? Everywhere polygamy is practiced, women have lower status. That's fundamentally immoral.

What slays me about all of these new spots women are "supposed" to have is that they disappear very early in life. I had that "magic" thigh gap and "the bridge" when I was young. Once I gave birth—all gone!

This completely is the opposite of the tacky crop top wedding dress. Totally drool worthy. Bet it costs a bundle.

One of the great reasons for paying for a kid's wedding is that you have massive control. Should my daughter have wanted to wear such an appalling garment, we would have turned off the cash tap.

My kid's dress was strapless. We simply could not find anything else six years ago. We sure tried. What she did get was a true classic. Though.

Is it just me or is Neil DT nerdishly attractive?

I have never net a person who liked Their Eyes Were Watching God who wasn't also a cool, likable person. It's like a little personality test, besides being awesome and incredibly memorable.

Some days I'm black, some days, gray. Can't figure it out.
