Okay so Justin is def gonna die as soon as he and Liv get attached. That's all his presence means.

As a passenger, I prefer Lyft. Less creepy experiences. Like that I can easily tip a good driver. I've also gotten a lot of female drivers, which I appreciate as a woman.
I'd say it's about 50/50… I don't mind making conversation with someone who is pleasant/it feels natural. But the drivers who kind of force you into convo and keep it going are annoying. There's also a good portion of my Lyft drivers who don't say a word, which is nice.
Yeah, I take Lyft 99.9% of the time, and I always tip. (Unless the person is weird/a douche/creepy/etc. But I actually haven't had any bad Lyft experiences. Did have one Uber driver early on who seemed drunk.)
Yeah, that # is just cable viewers. I'm guessing they have SOME way to judge web-only views through the Showtime app/interface as well though.
Seriously sad… He's THE BEST. But it would have been a big role for someone who has by and large retired. Wish he could have phoned in a scene or two from Hawaii.
I like that so far it seems like a good mix of the two Twin Peaks vibes. I think the cheesy humor/small town soap opera served as a great backdrop/contrast to the show's scarier/weirder stuff. But yeah, it's good it's on Showtime, so we can really see Lynch's full vision.
Yeah, definitely didn't have the look of the original, which threw me at first. But enjoying this series as a completely new thing.
Just cable viewers.
I liked both sides of the original series's vibes, so I'm a bit sad so far to see little of the original humor/atmosphere. That being said, I LIKE the new episodes I've seen so far. Just different.
I totally got that feeling… I didn't really care for the look of parts of the first two. Looking forward to seeing what happens next!
AMEN. Also, there's something fun about everyone tuning in at the same time (roughly) each week to watch together.
GOOD. I kinda hate the binge-watch generation I am part of.
Yes! That jumped out at me too. I kind of miss the old tone and old score (felt really atmospheric/strange), but I'm looking forward to these new episodes.
My boyfriend seriously asked me after flipping through the book if Twin Peaks was based off a true story…
I agree. There were things that I felt were off, and I certainly enjoyed the tone of the original series, but I'm looking at this as an entirely new work of art. (One of the saddest things to me is the lack of Michael Ontkean.)
Ohhh then I must have watched 1+2. Did not know!
I love Seinfeld, but there ARE a lot of eps that on rewatch in 2017 elicit a bit of "Waaaait whaaaat?" But that's true of ALL shows filmed at that time.
I like the campy tone of Season 1. I appreciate these new episodes and think they're great (big fan of all of David Lynch's work), but I do kind of miss the soapy/dreamy vibe of the original series so far. I've only watched ep. 1 though.
He was good on The Bridge too. It's weird!
