Am I the only person who is bugged by Alex (and the Alex/Piper relationship)? Something about Alex just bugs the crap outta me.

I always thought it was somewhere in New England. The midwest? (I do agree it's not Brooklyn. The author acknowledges as much in the comment below yours.)

That's what I was thinking… It seemed like they were in a house in a neighborhood when they duck the cookie man, not a loft in the city.

YES! I love "iZombie," and am really glad I got past the stupid name of the show.

Yeah. I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't root for them. I find Alex to be one of the more annoying characters on TV.

You just reminded me about "Nathan Barley."

I thought "Obvious Child" was a lot more original, and a lot less sappy/treacly.

Paul Westerberg would be pissed. I remember him getting really mad about networks trying to get him to guest star on stupid TV shows.

And now they think if they just get really jokey and self-referential, we won't care. Ugh.

Yeah, I agree. That's what stands out about this to me. But it seems like it's what's in vogue these days.

Yeah, I totally agree. Indy's gotta be gruff. Probably a little older.

Am I the only one who thought "Guardians of the Galaxy" was entertaining but not the greatest? I like Pratt, but I cannot imagine him as "Indiana Jones."

I liked him as Andy on P&R, but I guess I think he's kinda weird as a leading man. I don't hate it, but I guess I just can't take him THAT seriously. I think it's his bro-y air.

Over Shia LeBouef's dead body. Literally, he wants his dead body to play Indiana Jones. It's performance art, pleebs.

Damn… Yeah, I stopped collecting DVDs a few years back. I have some Criterions and stuff that I keep around, but they just aren't worth much anymore. I guess the only media collection I add to on a regular basis now is my record collection.

I'm pretty fucking sure this was my middle school fucking graduation song.

The trailer for this looked awful… so self-indulgent and over-the-top INDIE FILM. I'm kinda surprised it seems to be getting good reviews elsewhere. Kinda seems like it's aimed at people who were moved by "Little Miss Sunshine."

Yeah, I'm going to do a re-watch double-feature of "Mad Max" and "Love & Mercy." This looks like pure gar-baj!

I loved "Alias." I KNEW this guy looked familiar! It had been awhile.

So it seems Suzuki is going underground to try to stop Blaine?
