Yeah, Boyhood really spoke to me. It was fantastic, even though I felt like the scenes once he got to college felt a little bit tacked on/over the top. (I would have preferred it ending with him driving off into the sunset, his car loaded up with his school things.)

Indeed. But now we can continue to feel superior about being too cool for school. They just don't get us, maaan!

Yup, I felt like GBH was fun, but kind of empty.

I liked "Grand Budapest Hotel," but the last Anderson film I loved was "The Darjeeling Limited." These past few have been fun but have felt a bit pandery/watered down.

It is kind of the best here. Shhh, don't tell everyone. They're already booking SXSW hotel rooms for next year.

We tend to forget about that here. For real.

Not a bad episode, but pretty disjointed. (Maybe on purpose?) Too much going on in separate spheres. Not really caring about Brett's shit at the moment. And of course Michelle is attracted to David. He's cute and he seems nice and he seems fun and relaxed (so opposite of Brett). But yeah, I concur with your "Heads up,

Yup. He's just chillin' there.

Yeah, it was kind of a look of pity or something.

Also, there are a ton of bands that try and make music like this here in Austin, and it makes me want to blow chunks!

Hit the nail on the head with The Mason Jars. This song is the type of shit yuppie losers who hang out at craft cocktail bars and plan weddings using Pinterest and buy vegan cupcakes EAT UP here in Austin. Blah.

Me too. I'm a 26-year-old lady, and I think the only games I ever played were Mariokart, Pokemon Pinball and Pokemon Gold.

…so never?

Oh, definitely. Especially while drinking. So many embarrassing statements I've made at times like that that I wish I could take back. (And so many recorded via peoples' phones, thanks to modern technology!)

Yeah, I think losing Richie would have hit him hard. But he fell straight into a thing with Kevin. I think he's headed to a dark place now.

Also, I really like Patrick's Asian co-worker.

He REALLY does.

Yup — it's like they took sainthood away from Richie and bestowed it upon Augustine. When is it Patrick's turn? Ha.

That last look between Richie and Kevin — moments like these are why I love this show. (Though Richie deserves better… dude is a glutton for pain if he ever decides to get back with that hot mess!)

My hands kept going for my eyes — it was so hard to watch! But SO GOOD.
