When I was a kid, I loved Indiana Jones. I followed all of the news about a potential sequel for YEARS, and then all of a sudden, it gets made and I go to see the midnight show. I walk out feeling HORRIBLE, because it was so fucking bad. I give up on long-awaited sequels.

Yeah, the first 10 minutes of the movie were cool, but the movie's plot was fucking bogus. Worst episode EVER. They had some fucking great screenwriters writing the show… Why not get one of them to write an episode? Jeeez. (That being said, I'm really excited about the possibilities Fox has mentioned.)

Rush Back 2 Da Streetz

Next week on Sick Sad World…

Now, I'm super late to this, but I've lived in Santa Barbara and can confirm: no black people. I am shocked, rewatching this episode, about how few (zero?) Latinos are portrayed. SB is about 40 percent Latino, I believe, as is the county/surrounding areas.

I kind of feel like I have to see this. It sounds trashy and hilarious.

EXACTLY. I get why some people like it, but I think they're deluding themselves.

You need new friends.

Yeah, I miss all the old writers. Never have checked out the dissolve. Don't know why.

It wasn't substantive enough for me (and the comedy not really weird enough), and I think everyone who would watch it would agree that the child beauty pageant world is fucking weird and abhorrent.

That was my thought as well. I really liked Wiig, Hader and Wilson's performances, but the script was pretty awful, in terms of plot points/overdone tropes.

Yeah, it definitely feels drug-induced… he just zips from word to word on some sort of manic high. "Prior… not Richard Pryor, prior arrests." (Such a weird ramble.)

I got into a huge argument with a dumb high school-aged coworker back when "The Secret" was big. She started crying and then I felt like a mean jerk.

Am I the only one who really liked that album?

I definitely agree with that.

I think "Rebecca" or "Notorious" may be my favorites. I loved the performances in "Notorious," and the ending is just so good.

Watched seasons 1 and 2 of "Buffy" (which I hadn't seen before) and "Leprechaun in the Hood." Enjoyed "Buffy," and "Leprechaun" was OK… funny enough in parts, but overall a waste of time. (Which I guess I expected.)

Also, their apology said it was supposed to look "sun bleached" and they never "intended" for it to look like blood spatters. Right!

Just finished checking the pilot out — really enjoyed it. The sad look on both of their faces when she says "I don't know." Damn.

Did anyone else listen to her interview on Marc Maron's podcast? She seems like a really cool person, and I am glad she is not doing more "Two and a Half Men."
