I used to watch a lot of MSNBC. I don't think it's AS bad as Fox News, though I certainly lost my taste for it.

I can't really answer this question, because my boyfriend and I basically have the exact same taste. (OK, he listens to a lot more hip hop than I do, and I don't get excited about Too $hort the way he does, but I can deal.) But I have to say, I couldn't date someone who didn't like going to shows at all.

Yeah, I woulda liked a season w/ Mindy dating Tim Daly… woulda pissed Danny off SO much! He's totally the best when he's twisted up over Mindy.

Danny's a HUGE Springsteen fan. Just PERFECT.

Mulder and Scully are together in the end, too! Even if the second movie sucked hardcore.

Ugh… if Mindy and Danny break up, I'm done! DONE I TELL YOU!

Well… hopefully now that Mindy and Danny are dating, we'll see a lot more of him in his underwear, yes? I like that he's a briefs guy… I like that in a man. My boyfriend likes boxers, and it drives me crazy (not in a good way).

I hated Adam Pally at first — his accent/character felt kind of tired/gimmicky — but he's grown on me.

Loved this episode (and much of this season!), but it makes me think about how the season could have been plotted out a bit better. Instead of inserting those five or so rando boyfriends, they should have had Mindy date Tim Daly all season. That character was funny and well written, and a totally antagonist to Danny.

I love the A.V. Club, and I love sports, especially basketball. But another column about the Clippers controversy seems kinda unwarranted, even if it is on the money.

False… they opened up a few in Texas last year, and have some in Arizona, other states.

I thought he was in Detroit?

The voting thing is fine… some people just aren't political. But the condo thing was too far.

I agree about the "condo" part. That was dumb as hell.

Yeah, shoes in the hall seemed like a major plot device to me.

As a lady, I like it when my boyfriend has scruff… he looks like a child when he's freshly shaven. Although that shit does sting like a motherfucker.

I think people are more leery of bi men, sadly. People get some weird superiority complex boner talking about how bi men are poor, sad closeted gay men who are leading women on? (So dumb.)

Me too. It's like the writers have already decided writing them as a couple would be too hard. I almost don't want them to get together in the finale because you KNOW they'll find some way early in next season to break them up again. :(

I doubt he's supposed to be 57 in the show. Anyway, I'm 26, and I'd still hit it.

I know this episode was a set-up, but it worked for me. I give it an A. (After all, this show is often one long set-up… we're rarely surprised by what happens, but they always/usually find fun ways to get from point A to point B, and make us laugh in the process.)
