Meh… seasons 7-9 weren't THAT enjoyable, but still had some good moments. N regrets here. (I AM thankful that the second movie isn't on Netflix… ain't nobody got time for that.)

Thankfully there are tons of cool video rental stores in my city. (I still have Netflix for lazy X-Files binges, but I appreciate the selection offered at my local video stores when I want to rent a movie. Netflix's streaming movie offerings definitely leave something to be desired.)
Damn you! You described to a T why I still have Netflix. (I just finished binge-watching all of the X-Files, and am now on Twin Peaks.)
I do tend to agree with that. There are a bunch of bands here that I'm always surprised aren't bigger elsewhere.
I'm not a total hater or anything, but living in Austin, I get kinda tired of hearing about him.
That's like… kind of the point. I bet you hated "Zodiac."
You're not imagining things. That weiner Weiner is really secretive, and there's been little press/fanfare about the premiere, especially compared to GoT.
No, I agree — I want to see a more formal review of the show. I like their conversation too, and see its value, but feel like it should be a separate article every week.
But like… that's kind of the point… that people really were more sexist/racist/homophobic back then. I don't feel like the show is unaware of these things. It makes a huge point of bringing them up. And Peggy is almost just as central to the story as Don is.
See, I think it'd be cool to see Todd review the episode, and they could add this conversational thing either to the bottom, or as a separate entry. I do like the conversation a lot, and I like both writers.
I think he saw two interesting, fairly capable actresses and some not-so-bad ideas and had hope. But he held onto it far too long. (This is a Whitney Cummings show, so it was probably always going to suck. Lady is NOT funny.) Thank goodness we have "Broad City" now.
I felt like he wanted the show to be something it wasn't capable of (especially when you realize it's a Whitney Cummings show). There's something about the diner setting and the actresses that seem like they could have been part of a much better show. There was potential. (The cupcake business, much of the supporting…
I loved "The Sure Thing." Fits in pretty well with those titles.
But like… that's the point! Laura Dern's character is SUPPOSED to be insufferable!
IT WAS SO GOOD!
Can I like them both, and appreciate their wildly different aesthetics? (Antlered killings excepted?)
All hail the Mighty Todd.
Oh, I know you were being sarcastic. I was agreeing. (In a weird way that didn't make sense.) I do think the season can only go up from here. I'll just pretend "Girl Crush" doesn't exist.
Yeah, she's basically like Creed (with a little Meredith) from the U.S. "The Office" — a creepy, older weirdo who interjects random one-liners every now and again. So yeah, she's used just the right amount.
I think they do. I just think it was a really poor decision to air the second episode last night. (Even with the couple of attempts to patch it up.)
