I don't know, at least Taco Bell has some kind of flavoring. Chipotle is just sour cream and tortillas to me. Awful. They're both awful but at least Taco Bell tries kinda...

Pinkham this is my Mexican lady response to this fuckery:

You KNOW it's not gonna be a real banh mi. Like Drew Magary said:

I remember my parents telling that in the year 2000 we would all be wearing barcode. LOL

My ex liked to quit jobs (or get fired) once they started garnishing wages. It would take months to figure out where he was working and start the whole process over again.

Lets be real, divorce court is about dragging out the process as long as possible so divorce attorneys on both sides make the largest payouts.

My girlfriend's ex, who technically has 50/50 parenting time, decided to move out of state "for 3 months" to help his father on a housing project, it's now been 2 years, he is paid cash under the table by his father so he has no wages to garnish for child support.

Unless you have actual evidence of someone being truly terrible (abuse, neglect), I can't think of a worse way to approach a family law case than being "brutal and cruel" to the opposing party. Judges deal with these cases all day long. They deal with too many people who just hate each other, while the judge must

If there is a court order to make your ex pay child support, then yes you have a way to force him to do it. My mother went through the exact same thing. She was able to go to the local family court, and file a claim for ALL back child support (and this was years later) with interest. They initially garnished his wages

Kind of. The family court system ordered my ex to pay child support, but offers me no way to force him to do it. So that part at least isn't fair. :(

When half of all fathers don't even want any custody at all, I can't be convinced you're all wonderful, loving people who are getting screwed by the system.

Exactly, and in divorce court, you get what you want. So many guys say they want to see their kids, but when it comes to scheduling they go all "Oh jeeze but I can't have them Friday and Saturday nights that's my poker night, and I can't take them during the week cause I don't have time to take them to or from

a/k/a "you get what you pay for"...

Nah, they are just lazy, late in filing, usually unprepared, they have a ton of junior attorneys and a ton of male "mra" style clients, who don't care about getting custody. Unless it was a big case with lots of assets and a smart client (in which case they probably wouldn't use Goldberg Jones), we wouldn't be going

Gawd, so much this. When I worked family law, only half my male clients even WANTED custody. The other half wanted equal parenting time and/or joint custody, and opposing counsel and the Judge are like "sure." the only job on that case is dividing up debt/assets, and who gets to claim the kids on their taxes

Dads already have equal footing in divorce court. They win custody almost exactly half of the time when they actually try for it.

Haha, easy wheels ftw!

I remember bouncing around to that song, too, and being so awed by/jealous of her natural beauty and ridiculous talent. That voice was not of this world.

YES!
