Considering Baltimore Harbor needs to be constantly dredged, they are using all the dirt/mud/clay/rock for this purpose than putting somewhere where it wasn't needed.
You can conjecture all you want but you can't sit there and say that it is the parents without actually knowing them. I coach a few swim teams and deal with all kinds of kids with all kinds of personalities, from 5 to 18 years old. There really is no way to tell what kind of parents a kid has based on the kid's…
And I just thought of this, but if it was against the rules since it was all alone in an experimental class and wasn't actually competing for the win, they probably bent the rules as it wouldn't really result in any actual penalty.
And I may very well have been talking out of my ass. Such is the awesomeness of the internet. I'm just going off of what I heard of the commentary during the race so they might be wrong too.

Perfectly fine as long as he doesn't stray 10 meters from the car. It is the race marshals that cannot touch the car except to pull it free of the gravel traps. If they could have fit a welder through that fence he would have been allowed to use it.

Umm, both?
Ok, byee!
Not to be a dick but what about his post was ignorant? Biased, yes, but it wasn't ignorant.
Not having seen it I can't say for sure but I'm sure that if you show a regular person a current Macbook Pro and then the one with the new display with 4 times the resolution of the other, most people will be able to spot the difference.
WEIRD. I got my info from Insideline too... Guess they added a whoooole bunch of stuff.
Manufacturer's claim a wieght of 2,935 lbs in the 2011 Cruze. I highly doubt that slapping slightly different sheet metal and different badges would add 600 lbs.
Without reading into the story at all, I can tell you that they are not doing it because they want to keep the street clean, they are doing to spread their visibility even farther under the guise of "doing good".
All very good points except for the fact this blog regularly covers news on other ways of transportation, including trains. So this story doesn't really deviate from any precedent set before it.
Ummm, there was silence because only one of the WRX drivers is taking it at a fast enough speed to get any air and he barely got off the ground. Do you happen to be blind?
