I’ve worked for good bosses and bad bosses of both genders, and the connecting factor for all the bad ones is that they were assholes.  The good ones were not assholes.  They had other personality traits too, but I agree that the problem with bad bosses is not their gender, it’s their assholery.

The thing is...it’s all so unnecessary. It’s totally possible to run a successful company and not be an asshole.
