I know it was a dumb show, but I really liked Obliterated. I was hoping for at least one more season. oh well. sometimes you just want to watch a dumb bro comedy with 80's style raunchiness which you don’t see as much anymore ( I grew up in the 80s) and Jason Mantzoukas as the goblin hallucination was hilarious.

this ep was ok, I do like Driver’s commitment. also no mention that Please Don’t Destroy didn’t have a short film this time. I’ve gotten so used to them having a short these past 2 years that this ep felt so incomplete without them.

I think so , if I’m in a shitty hotel I just watch whatever I have on my streaming apps on my phone ( my partner will just watch whatever Lifetime movie is on or SVU rerun) ..although now fancier hotels let you log on to Netflix or MAX on their TVs so that’s a cool bonus ( I was staying in NYC when Succession finale…

Besides The Door’s The End, another song that I have recently noticed has been used a lot now is Portishead’s Glory Box, Just heard it on Fincher’s The Killer and now on this show. timeless classic but godamnit, it’s getting overplayed ( I swear I also heard it on a commercial too)

same here (re; The Toy) , they would play it on cable all the time and my older brother and parents loved it. I was tooo young , just thought a kid that gets to hang around with Pryor all day seemed cool, but I haven’t seen it as an adult yet. 

speaking of, remember the soundtrack, that shit was also over promoted but had some decent songs...actually had a really great Rage Against the Machine song, No Shelter (which damn re-listening to it, that song hits harder now) and that obnoxious Green day song Brain Stew with Godzilla shrieks added in for good…
