My mom’s ob/gyn for the past 30+ years is Dr. Cherry.

Every time my roommate sees a picture of Cruz making that face she says “That is the face of man who has 12 yr olds tied up in his basement.”

When I was in grad school a few years ago, one my classmates had been engaged for close to 8 years and there was still no date in mind. Somehow it came up in a class and our professor asked her if the guy was wealthy, she said no. Professor told her she should have kicked him to the curb years ago, then asked her how

“Game On”, really? Does he think this is 2001 and he’s in a made for tv basketball movie?

I’ve never understood why people are so against background checks. If you haven’t done anything illegal, and you aren’t wanting to do anything illegal, then why should you be upset/worried about a background check?

I hate all “creative” names. Taking good names and misspelling them or just naming kids something stupid is not a good idea. People make judgments or assumptions about your name all time, whether it’s a stupid name or not.

Growing up, I had a parakeet, named Tweety, and one day I came home from school and my mom told me that Tweety was old and that he died.

I feel the need to go back and re-watch all Full House episodes and cringe while I do so, in preparation to watch Fuller House.

I love all of those movies! I was at a grocery store last night that was selling 4 dvds for $16, seriously considered buying them. My roommate stopped me as she is not a fan of any of them. Which completely blew me away! I’m jewish, but I look forward to those movies every year.

I always wanted one of those life size Barbies.... I never got one.

I can’t remember if she did ever get married, but I don’t think so.... The only thing I really remember about her other than her hilarious note taking, was that she received an award for safe driving...

I worked in the archive while in college, it was formerly a women’s college and had some of the most amazing pieces. One of my favorites was a “Chap Book”, from the 1800s, a woman kept a notebook of every single eligible man she met for ~15 years. It had their name, location, and little things about them, like

She tried to explain herself by saying that nobody ever told her not to flush, it seems like the kind of thing you would flush, etc.

She is 22. I thought the box says don’t flush, she claims they don’t say anything about it, but neither of us really care enough to look.

My roommate didn’t know until a little over a year ago. I was bitching about people flushing tampons and she got very defensive and admitted she had been flushing until recently.

I think there is some regulation on it, but it’s only if you try to buy a massive amount. Buying ammunition in small quantities doesn’t take long to accumulate.

I love my IUD and recommend it to everyone.

I would just ask around and find a doctor that is okay with implanting without children. I got mine at 18, and my doctor was great about it.

My cousin tried this method to get out of having kids, she now has 2. She and her husband were very vocal about never wanting kids, but after 12 years of marriage, her mother talked them (mostly the husband) into it. She said she would go off birth control and if it happened, it happened, if not, that’s great. She

Not to scare you any more, but my best childhood friend is the result of a failed ligation. He has three older brothers, but said he always felt like an only child because they are all 18+ years older than him.
