The sentence is "I don't think Jimmy's plan … originally had a second phase."

Ewwwwwwww.

Ah, yes! That's it. I couldn't place her, and nobody online had the cast list.

I think you're asking whether people noticed the JMM billboard and realized it was related to the show? Yes, lots of people did — here's one of many news stories from last June about it. http://www.zap2it.com/blogs…

I'm not a psychologist, obviously, so I'm just basing my opinion on story elements. Jimmy seems to take Chuck's condition personally, like he takes a lot of stuff personally (cf. his rants against Mike for holding the stickers-or-cash line). He's wrong about the world being specifically out to get him, so it seems to

Thanks, Wad!

Yeah, just finally had the chance to mention it tonight. I love that diamond wipe and blinking chyron text.

Thanks! Glad to gave you here. As others noted, I'm getting screeners and am able to watch in advance, at least for now.

It's a fair point.

I stayed on past the exodus to finish out BB and HIMYM … the vanishing was about concentrating on my day job, not any move away from the AV Club. Thanks for the warm reception!

Thanks! I did leave episodic reviewing, not the AV Club per se (it was never more than occasional freelancing — I haven't gone looking for any other outlets). But then I was persuaded to make an exception. I'm really happy to be back.

I'd watch it regardless.

We got it at school, didn't we? Was it a Scholastic product?

You kid, but I've watched more of that show in the past two months on MeTV than I ever saw when it was first-run and the Sweathogs were on the cover of my Dynamite! magazine.

Thanks, everyone! It was extraordinarily kind of Erik to put out the welcome mat for me. Looking forward to our new <del>Sunday</del> Monday night thing.

Keep watching the skies …

Good lord, it's beautiful. Stopped me right in my tracks when Noel was playing it while writing this piece.

Far too kind, my friend. Every writer dreams of having readers like you — and becoming a reader of their work in turn.
