@rpa: I agree with you for the most part. I rarely use Skype or iChat for group Chat. I primarily use it so my kids can visit with their grandparents and cousins who are spread out across the country. Quite frankly, trying to do that with a handful of kids on each end is chaos.

@bucklefilledbird: Not to mention, you can always use iChat if you want free. I don't know if it's still out there, but there used to be a service called iVisit, too... FREE.

@thePrototype: That would explain why I couldn't get on my computer. I updated and ran out the door thinking I could browse during my lunch break using iTeleport. No dice.

@beenyweenies: Indistinguishable on a cheap pair of ear buds, maybe. Some people like their music to sound less stuffy. I used to lean towards lower quality taking up less hard drive space, but now storage is so cheap, I can't imagine not getting the highest quality available.

Unfortunately, Nokia will own the patents. :(

It would be great if somebody would add air player to the original ATV.

@1asterisk: I bought it last night and they didn't mention the best part. You buy it for your iPad and it works on your iPhone too, so $6.00 for one game that works and looks great on two devices is well worth the money.

@dogcow: On the low end of sizes, the price seems a bit high to me (seeing similar specs for well under $1k. The larger TVs seem to be about on par with other companies.

I afford new gadgets by taking very good care of my clothes so I don't have to buy things like 'new pants' or fancy 'new shirts'. :)

I will be doing this as soon as I get home from work today. I live in one of those cookie cutter neighborhoods where everybody gets in your business. This will mess with their minds a little bit. Thanks for sharing.
