That is part of the issue. GamerGate is this non-descript group of leaderless people who have a bunch of points that fall under this indescribable umbrella of whatever.

In the same boat. I was a pretty hardcore raider up until Wrath, then it just got boring. Everything was all epics and it felt like you got great gear for just logging in.

I'm on a MAC so my experience with this is a bit lacking but when I mouse over the "chat head" it tells me the name of the person that chatted last regardless of their picture. I also believe their name pops up when they type something.

It's interesting because I've had the exact opposite experience. The game came out and my friends and I literally spent 48 hours non stop playing (we all took off). Most of my friends are fighting game addicts and mostly have hated a lot of FPS. It was an even bigger challenge because of some of the RPG stuff.

I feel the exact same way. It seems like gamers today want everything spelled out for them in crayon. Like we "need" to know who the bad guys are. Maybe there are no bad guys and it's just a fight for survival.

Honestly I felt it was pretty obvious this was a "pilot" style episode. It introduced a bunch of stuff but left everyone with lots and lots of questions. It's an advantage to do this from a developer's perspective because it lets them craft the story around feedback.
