"Quiet, dog!"

Is no one going to rave about Goggins' "speed walking" around the track with Seychelles? The delicate, pinched way he was holding his arms? And that suit? I laughed my ass off at that entire scenario.

Warner Bros.? The most dangerous, cutthroat den of executives in Hollywood?

Yay! You mentioned "The Blob" remake favorably. It's a great practical effects movie. I rented it one night years after its initial release, and I was blown away. It takes the original, expands the story, and provides some really amazing FX work for 1988.

(sigh) I'm gonna have to be "that guy": Jan Harlan is more than just Kubrick's "friend", he's his brother-in-law and producer for many, many years.

Although I was a huge fan of the song back when it first came out, the opening of Wham's "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" perfectly cues Zoolander's "Orange mocha frappucino!" run. The song and the movie are now entwined in my brain. It makes me smile every time I think about it.

Crap! Now I'm part of the problem I was railing at.

Huffington Post is guilty of this over-exaggeration. "So-and-so shuts down racism with one tweet". Sure, the person made a clever statement, but they didn't shut anything down, or solve any issue, or change any raging bigot's mind. It's aggravating how often they throw that style of headline around on the site.

As a life-long unapologetic comic book fiend, I was almost in tears (of joy!) by the time Captain America: Civil War ended. It was the culmination of years of being stunned by seeing my favorite super-hero treated with respect on the big screen. I'm super-jazzed to see what happens with the upcoming Infinity War

"We're going to have the biggest human battery farms. The biggest, most beautiful human battery farms. And we're going to make the Mexican robots pay for them."

My dad actually had original Charles Addams cartoon collections from the 30s and 40s. My brother and I read them over and over until they fell apart. And then I discovered there was a show based on them! I was delirious.

I collect tacky localized T-shirts from airport gift shops. And my wife hates it. But it makes me smile.

Thanks to Hulu, I've been making my way back through DS9 chronologically. And one thing that's really leapt out at me is just how contentiously rich the relationship between Quark and Odo was. Shimerman deserves a lot of credit for being so sly and charming - and funny! - under all that makeup. Plus, the showrunners

"And don't make me come over there for you either, tough guy!"

Back in the late 90s I made my own Jerky Boys "Best Of", complete with graphics, compiled from my favorite bits from their first 4 CDs. I made a couple of copies for my other JB friends, and for weeks we riffed on and regurgitated Frank Rizzo and Jack Tor's and Tarbash. I had completely forgotten about my homemade

Was "Tropic Thunder" on the actual list? I'm half-asleep and can't be bothered to look it up. If not, that should have been on there. "Tropic Thunder" is great.

Q: Is "This Is The End" funny if seen sober?

I thought "A Mighty Wind" was going to be Christopher Guest's only appearance on this list, and that made me upset, because despite what the reviewer says, it's actually very slight on the laughs. Thank God "Best In Show" was included. And so high in the rankings! "Best In Show" is laugh-out-loud from beginning to

What a shitty list! Where is "Dr. Strangelove"? "Some Like It Hot"? "Clerks"? "Tootsie"?!?!
