I have friends who have had cancerous moles removed who still join us when we go to the beach-they just cover themselves up and sit under the umbrella. Everyone should be allowed to enjoy the beach, no matter what their religion or health status.

Leaving aside the obvious problems with religious discrimination, what about people who have a family or even personal history of skin cancer, who want to enjoy the beach with their friends/family but need to cover themselves up for health reasons? Are they allowed to so long as they don’t “look Muslim” while doing it?
