Yeah, Steven Seagal movies have pro environmental messages too. And that’s not the reason people dislike them, either.

From a filmmaking perspective, it’s not a good film. The editing is sporadic and jarring, most of the set design is drab and uninspired, there are loose and unnecessary plot threads galore, and most of the performances lean far closer to caricature than actual human beings.

I fully agree with the message of the film and really like all the main actors, but Don’t Look Up really just wasn’t very funny or entertaining. Sorry Ron.

I hope next week’s episode of Boba Fett is actually just a new episode of Fringe.

That was my takeaway as well, though the way the show presented it this was all a guilt ridden dream/premonition of Shauna, not Jackie.

They dropped the “Allie is a freshman” plot from the pilot, aged her up to be in the class of 1996 and gave her a terrible fake Joisey accent. Ugh.

My understanding was that it was Shauna’s dream, not Jackie’s.

Pardon me if I missed it, but was that not Shauna's dream at the end, not Jackie's? That's the way it read to me anyways. I'm not positive of the implications, and maybe it is meant to be ambiguous. 

How has no one mentioned that insane opening credits sequence??  I was so shocked by it that I immediately had to watch it again to process it.
