“(The Snake)...it can fly for similar reasons as Mother”

Me: mildly excited for this. :)

Came here to say this.

So...what they’re trying to hint to us is that the Detroit of “Robocop” (1987) and/or the wastelands of Australia “Mad Max 2" (1981) are nigh?

Just swung by to reiterate my crush on Ms. Olsen, and pimp the (I think?) underseen and underrated, “Wind River”, starring Jeremy Renner and Miss Elizabeth.

I completely disagree - that shit is learned from our environment/experiences. If the kid was brought up with the ONLY examples being kindness, logic, constructive behavior - again: no books, no comics, no 4chan, no Reddit, no Kinja (lol), no TV shows, no movies - there is no place his *actual* behavior could have

“Little Shit: The Origin Story”.

Okay, fuck this shit if Father is (permanently) dead this time.

Okay.

Say what you will about the deconstruction of human nature, technology and religion touched upon in this show, but - although I am mostly enjoying the series overall - I am 100% here for every damned time Father tries to squeeze in another dad joke. /mad props /go dad :D

It was cold, and the pits are some sort of geothermal vents (so, warm).

I mean, I also quivered at the idea of him sleeping right at the edge, though.

Yah, as one who has not read the comic book, Stormfront’s outwardly disparate personalities kinda jarred me. Like, I actually rewound the show abit to make sure I didn’t miss something in one of the previous scenes or something. I mean, sure, we are all legion and not completely defined by any single aspect of

If you have a copy of Neverwinter Nights 2, a great way to replay Baldur’s Gate is with the “Bladur’s Gate Reloaded” mod for NWN2; the interface is cleaner, it’s lovely to look at (for 100+ hours...lol) and the AD&D 3.5 rules (NWN2) are MILES better than the original AD&D 2.o rules (BG1).

Yah, same - I don’t know if I could deconstruct it clearly and concisely, but I do favor Origins over the other two, despite some obvious character flaws (no pun intended...lol).

Hahaha...no - when I said I liked DA:O best, I meant I liked it the best of the Dragon Age series.

“I’m only doing this to myself to “earn” my Inquisition play time”

As a fellow white dude (and long-time CRPGer), HARD agree.

I always have, and always will love the original game (DA:O) the best, as I was born & raised on all ye olde Baldur’s gate/Planescape/Idewind Dale games of yore, and I LOVE the depth and difficulty(?) of the combat/spell mechanics. (Plus, you know, the characters were reasonably well-written, and the areas were pretty

Hahaha...aw, man, that’s a horror story (and I’ve got plenty of my own, concerning lost game files and recalcitrant rigs...lol), but I’m glad you’ve got a nice, stable new rig to enjoy the games on!

(Just before I got to the end of your post, I was gonna say) Dude. What is wrong with your RIG?
