Really, they don’t sound alike at *all*, and it really bothered me/took me out of the game for approximately...thirty minutes. Or so.

After having played and enjoyed the original, repeatedly, I came into this *extremely* warily, but found (to riff off of that Steam commenter with the numbered review):
