The 1st amendment protects against Government censorship. Not private censorship. Anyone who says “I’m not a racist but” and claims the 1st amendment being violate is an idiot.

I’m not racist but black people are equal to white people in both good and bad qualities.

I ain’t ashamed of that belief.
