The Master is garbage in all his new incarnations, and I hope both the Master and Missy fall into a series of woodchippers.

Specifically Montalban playing Khan.
Here's Peter Dinklage as Herve Villechaize.
Man, not only did Justin not explode, he was one of the few people who didn't get exploded. I'm sad I was so wrong.
Crocs. No K.
No, it's just the one thing. Your thing.
I mean, I'm sure he'd LIKE to. But it's unwinnable.
There's a reason you don't need to have a slice of malus domesticus pie with ice cream or risk having Steve Jobs sue you. You can't just trademark anydamn thing you want. At most they'd be able to stop people from performing under that name, and related musical acts using it as/in their name.
You can blame Obama's job killing regulations for that!
The "Shouting 'Fire' in a crowded theater" line comes from a SCOTUS ruling upholding a guy's jail sentence for sending out literature encouraging to avoid the draft.
Oh, that nine digit number? That's not my social security number, that's just my position in line.
Unless either of you went from California to Nevada in order to have that sex. Then it's a federal crime.

Eh. I've not seen any signs he's actually going to be using DoJ to silence speech he doesn't want. He's talked about using the courts to shut people up via liable suits but that's a different thing. And probably less likely to get SCOTUS involved.
It's entirely possible, but if the diehards of one or the other ideologies want it, they can get a case heard regardless. I possibly was confused with what you were thinking.
Yeah, I'm just talking DC vs Baltimore and who gets precedence for being there.
Yeah, but for some reason, I'm doubtful that we'll be seeing the ones in power getting silenced by the government.
Which is why it's illegal to complain about the draft.
I doubt it. It takes (I think) only three justices to agree to hear a case. Roberts, despite being chief justice, does not determine what cases make it to SCOTUS.
The worst* among us are the ones who need the protection. Nobody's going to be calling for the government to silence viewpoints everyone agrees with.
