Shields is basically an even split of Droste/Rossen. maybe you should give it a shot if you havent. personally i love em both, but there's plenty of Droste on Shields. Yet Again and Gun-Shy are brillant and among the best songs they've made and are Droste led.

hey Wes - my boyfriends name is Wes Lawson. weird coincidence. thats all.

LOVE that this teaser ends with A&E's new slogan of "Be Original"

Nikki Nack is exactly 12 seconds longer than whokill. the songs are just a tad shorter + there's an interlude. number of tracks does not equal tightness of ideas.

i 'legitimately knew she was a woman' because in case you are unaware whokill was not her first album and because oh my god why are we even talking about this.

i like em both for different reasons. Innerspeaker is more hypnotic and trippy, Lonerism is more colorful and effected, but I'd agree with you Innerspeaker tends to be my favorite of the two.

total Black Angels vibe, but more 60s throwback / beatles on MORE drugs.

ah, got it.

no. they totally rule. Lonerism is one of my favorite albums of….last year. not totally sure why its running for best of 2013 when it came out in 2012 but….mmmk.
