apples and peanuts, the occupy thing is an entirely different beast that i haven't yet seen accurately described. it was independent from what so many people seem to accuse it of. Complete and utter mis-characterization on your part. The people on the ground were hard working mofos trying to build a new kind of

wait what? that's a thing?

mine's a flugplatz

clearly 100 isn't the actual perfect score

this is the first i've seen one. that is so cool! Those headlights!

homologation.

if it wasn't clear, i was agreeing with you that the 40 looks like a kit car and the enzo looks horrific, and it's fine that Rosarchll doesn't like it, that makes it easier for me to like.

no accounting for taste huh. Personally i know how i come down: fully stressed NA 12, in a targa, versus twin turbo v8 in a hardtop that looks like it stole the nose off a 935/78... i know which i'd choose. Also i like the f50 because other people don't so, i'm fine with this guy bashing it.

looks more like it's just the supercharger that leads into a four barrel carb

knew he had the drums down

to be crass, i think the problem is that you liked top gun too much.

interesting question.Ya having the shock connect so close to the wheel does mean things are a lot more straightforward. inboard requires some thinking. There are Caterhams with inboard shocks, partly there's a unsuspended weight advantage, and there's an aero advantage. but definitely harder to get dialled

that is a thing that is?

I think this is what you meant

actually it's because cars are usually designed around the courses they run on. it's like watching a snail race on a steeplechase. or a horse run a lab rat's maze. it's funny and awesome at the same time.

i think the fact that these photos are barely a year apart suggests that we are in actual fact, in a golden age. how cool is that!

i loved the banshee and had a Revell of the Indy, its sister the CERV, from the engineering dept should also be mentioned. I also had a matchbox Aerotech, it had Quad 4 markings all over it

that's not necessarily true. The so called 'Paris Guns' survived the first world war. But then the Landkreuzers never made it off the drawing table. Europe's not flat enough.

Audi is a pretty bad example
