There are still pretty big giveaways - cop wheels, spotlights. At least in CA unmarked cars can’t sit and wait for speeders. Good luck rest of the US!

How many man hours does it take to tear apart and document said i3?

The methane is caused by the flooding created from a reservoir, but what about the land from which water is removed? By removing the water, you would kill off the methane producing organisms and encourage growth of oxygen-producing plants like trees. Does that have any offset? If you coated the reservoir with an

I test drove a Focus ST and was less than impressed with the amount of space. I’m not a big person (5'-10" 190) and the cabin felt cramped. The worst part is that when the seats fold down, the floor of the trunk is higher than the back of the seats (to allow room for the spare to fit in the trunk). It’s awful,

It’s not really a ‘hit piece’, it’s more of a ‘hit title’ with a fairly well written and researched article. This has nothing to do with how Palantir is ‘taking over New York’ and everything to do with how New York officials are utilizing an already available tool to better monitor their citizens and crime.

Next time, just say “258 watts.” I think it’s safe to assume the Gizmodo audience doesn’t need power output translated to layman’s terms. “Three light bulbs” is pretty variable - are they 60 watt? 100 watt? Flourescent bulbs requiring 18 watts?

Whoever captioned this GIF has clearly confused “scurries” with “tragically limps”

I’m not a pilot and have zero experience around airplanes, but it seems extremely unsafe to be opening your canopy on an active runway in the middle of a race to wave at a race marshal. Doesn’t he have a radio? If this pilot had kept his canopy shut, he wouldn’t have been injured at all.

$2.99/gallon? LOL! That is the average price of gas here in lovely NorCal. And that’s low for us.

I rolled into a Porsche Cayenne that did this while driving a 1-Ton work truck. F-ing nightmare. Now I take no chances - watch the car leave the spot entirely before even thinking about looking left and accelerating.

What’s the little gold switch next to the tach he keeps flipping?

If you read his fact sheet, you would know that Trump intends to simultaneously increase coal production while reducing pollution levels:

I would not, but I’m assuming a 40 year old guy coming from an ATS is not going to go for a 4" lift on 33s.

I second that. Here’s a ‘74 for $16k in LA with a Chevy 350. Remove the lift and big tires and that’s one badass daily driver.

So, someone removed the glove box handle and mounted an emergency hammer? Who actually physically mounts an emergency hammer? How many bodies of water do you anticipate driving and/or falling into? I have so many questions.

Do most people strap it to their wrist? I’ve always just clipped it to my life vest. Gives you more freedom to to do things like punch sharks and touch container ships.

Pro tip: Safety glasses don’t work when they’re on your head. And should probably be worn when igniting what is essentially a controlled explosion.

Manual wagon for less than $5k? No brainer NP

Coming from Oregon, I’m a huge Subaru fan. My family had a Legacy when I was young, my mom has Forester and my girlfriend has an Outback. But I’m definitely going to buck that trend with their current lineup. It’s truly a shame they haven’t taken the 2.0 DOHC Turbo from their Forester XT and dropped it in a version of
