Loved that Finch tried on Mr. Magoo frames. LOLOLOL

The Machine is well aware that Whistler and Finch are the same because the Machine created the cover identities for everyone. Samaritan is blind to the cover IDs.

I absolutely believed that Finch would give his life to save Beth's because he is grappling with so much guilt over the loss of Shaw, the loss of life due to the Machine, and the loss of life since Samaritan came online. Even Root said that Harold wasn't thinking clearly because he wanted/needed his plan to work too

I don't know - Fusco's had his moments as well.

Of course!

Do Irrelevant numbers come up when someone is willing to die for a cause where no one else is going to be harmed?

Katheryn Winnick's rank on imdb is 15. That's amazing especially since I'd never heard of her before last night. Is Vikings (and she) really that popular? Clearly she has a shitload of natural gifts in addition to her badassery.

Please help me clear up some details: Beth's algorithm and relationship with Samaritan must still be in play otherwise neither Harold nor Root would have interest in the Trojan horse activation device. The reason for the email calling her work into question was not to sever her relationship with Samaritan, it was to

Yeah. I was reaching for some way out of that situation.

That's a pretty big leap to make her a plant. Samaritan can't see Reese.

She's not on the mesh network, is she? At least not on TM's side of it. Finch created a rolling algorithm to keep theirs separate.

The difference between Shaw and Harper is that Harper is a con woman who will serve herself before she will serve the team. Shaw was an operative with a mission and not even her own preservation was going to steer her from that.

John needs to get laid.

She's not trustworthy enough for them to bring into the team full time. They would always have to worry about what her angle was with every job. Shaw's angle was that she wanted action and she didn't put her own agenda ahead of the mission. With Harper, that would never be true.

Bear needs to call a group meeting and tell everybody to get their shit together and start working as a TEAM again. No one wants to face their feelings about Shaw so they're all trying to go it alone.

Something bad is going to happen due to the John/Iris thing and Zoe will be called in to fix it. And I don't want to see John and Zoe's relationship damaged because of this.

She is continuing to wound an already fucked up guy by pursuing this relationship.

ADD: I want to say that I will continue to trust the writers to ultimately make this satisfying within the storyline. I'm terribly afraid it's going to lead to John's cover being blown and he's no more likely to remain hidden in the subway than Shaw was.

Right now, her only defense is that John isn't really a cop. So technically he should never have become her patient in the first place.

I am slightly pissed that all I've thought about since watching the ep was how wrong the John/Iris thing is because it distracted me completely from the Root/Finch storyline.
